Terminal 2, also known as The Queen's Terminal, sits in Heathrow's Central Terminal Area — the same cluster of buildings as Terminal 3.
Set-down area
Terminal 2 has its own dedicated set-down area, separate from Terminal 3's, even though the two buildings share the same general forecourt zone. Private hire vehicles can drop off directly outside.
Walk to check-in
It's a short, straightforward walk from the drop-off point to the check-in area — typically a few minutes with luggage.
Easy to confuse with Terminal 3
Because Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 are so close together, it's worth double-checking which one your flight actually uses before you travel — the drop-off points are different even though the buildings are neighbours. Airline terminal assignments do shift from time to time, so the most reliable source is always your boarding pass or booking confirmation rather than assuming based on a previous trip.
Booking your transfer
When you book with us, just confirm it's Terminal 2 specifically and we'll take you to the correct forecourt, not the neighbouring Terminal 3.
