Heathrow has four terminals (2, 3, 4 and 5), each with the same basic pickup arrangement: a Short Stay car park about two minutes from arrivals, and a £7 forecourt charge that we build into every fixed price. With meet & greet, your driver waits for you inside arrivals.
Our booking line is closed and reopens at 7am tomorrow. Send an enquiry and we'll call you back. Already booked or on a journey? Call and press 2: that line is answered 24 hours.
Terminal 5 is British Airways. Terminal 3 covers Virgin Atlantic, Emirates and most oneworld carriers. Terminal 2 is Star Alliance. Terminal 4 covers SkyTeam and the Gulf carriers. Check your boarding pass to be sure, as airlines do move occasionally.
We track your inbound flight from take-off, so a delay or an early landing adjusts your pickup automatically. Once you clear immigration and collect your luggage, your driver is either waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board (meet & greet) or in the Short Stay car park a couple of minutes' walk away, whichever you booked.
The £7 forecourt charge that applies at every Heathrow terminal since January 2026 is included in the fixed price we quote you. It isn't an extra line item, and there's no app or payment to sort out on the day.
If your journey involves a connecting flight through a different Heathrow terminal, tell us when you book. Terminal 4 sits on a separate rail loop from Terminals 2, 3 and 5, so transfers to or from it take a little longer, and we plan the pickup time around that.
When your driver arrives, we text you the driver's details and the vehicle's make, colour and registration.
Since 1 January 2026, Heathrow charges £7 per vehicle for each visit to a terminal forecourt, with a 10-minute maximum stay, enforced by number-plate cameras. Anyone collecting a passenger without a pre-booked driver must pay online by 11:59pm the following day. When you book a pre-booked minicab with us, this charge is included in your fixed price, so there is nothing separate to pay.
At every terminal, the Short Stay car park is the designated pickup point, about a two-minute walk from the arrivals hall. If you book meet & greet, your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board and walks you to the car. Meet & greet is offered at Heathrow only; collections from other airports are from the designated pickup area.
Check your boarding pass or airline confirmation, since airlines occasionally move terminals. As a general guide: Terminal 5 is British Airways; Terminal 3 covers Virgin Atlantic, Emirates, American, Delta and most other oneworld carriers; Terminal 2 is the Star Alliance terminal (United, Lufthansa, Singapore, Turkish); and Terminal 4 covers SkyTeam and Gulf carriers (Air France, KLM, Qatar, Etihad).
Yes. Free inter-terminal transfer trains connect all four terminals, taking roughly 5 to 20 minutes depending on the route. Terminal 4 is on a separate loop from Terminals 2, 3 and 5, so allow extra time if you are connecting through it.
We monitor your inbound flight by its flight number, so a delay or an early landing moves your pickup automatically. You don't need to call us to update it.
Tell us your terminal and flight number when you book. We handle the rest.
