Donegan Express Ltd (company number 10316368) is a private hire operator licensed by Transport for London, operator licence number 11930. Our registered office is Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Waterlooville, England, PO8 0BT.
For airport pickups we monitor your flight by its flight number and adjust the pickup time if it lands early or late. Meet & greet inside the arrivals hall is offered at Heathrow only. At other airports, your driver collects you from the designated pickup area for pre-booked private hire. We'll tell you the waiting arrangements when you book.
To change or cancel a booking, call us as early as possible. If you cancel after the driver has set off, or if you're not at the pickup point and we can't reach you, we may charge for the journey. We'll explain any cancellation charge when you book.
Some journeys are subcontracted to other licensed private hire operators. If your journey will be carried out by another operator, we'll tell you before the booking is confirmed, and only once we've checked availability with that operator.
Where our website recommends another operator (for example on our minibuses page) and you contact and book with that operator directly, the booking is made with and accepted by them, and your contract is with them, not with Donegan Express Ltd. We don't take, accept or pass on those bookings, we receive no payment for the recommendation, and we aren't responsible for that operator's services.

We'll always do our best to get you to your destination on time. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, road closures, accidents, severe weather or delays at airports and ports, so please allow sensible time for flights, sailings and trains. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
