Hospital appointments are one of the journeys where getting there on time genuinely matters, and where public transport often does not line up well with appointment times.
The three main sites we cover
- Hillingdon Hospital — Pield Heath Road, Uxbridge. The closest to us, and a short journey from most of the areas we serve.
- Mount Vernon Hospital — Rickmansworth Road, Northwood. A cancer centre serving a wide catchment, so patients often travel from further out.
- Harefield Hospital — Hill End Road, Harefield. A specialist heart and lung centre, drawing patients from well beyond the local area.
Why booking ahead helps
Appointment times are fixed and often early. Booking the journey in advance means a confirmed pickup time rather than hoping something is available. If you are attending a treatment that leaves you unable to drive, arranging the return leg at the same time saves worrying about it afterwards.
Regular appointments
If you are travelling to the same hospital repeatedly — a course of treatment, or regular check-ups — it is worth asking about a regular booking arrangement rather than booking each one separately.
Practical notes
Let us know at booking if you need help with luggage or mobility, or if someone is travelling with you, so we can send a suitable vehicle. Journeys run 24 hours a day; new bookings are taken by phone between 7am and 7pm.
