The single most common cause of an awkward moment at pickup is luggage. It is easily avoided by mentioning it when you book.
Why it matters
A saloon car comfortably takes four passengers, but four passengers each with a large suitcase is a different proposition. Telling us the number of people and the number and size of bags means we send something suitable rather than making it work on the day.
Things worth mentioning at booking
- Number of passengers, including children
- Number of large cases versus cabin bags
- Child seats, if you need them
- Bulky or awkward items — golf clubs, ski bags, musical instruments, pushchairs
- Any mobility requirements
Travelling as a group
If you are a larger group, it is often more practical to arrange more than one vehicle than to squeeze into one. Let us know the full numbers and we will tell you honestly what works.
Our fleet
We run a hybrid Toyota Prius and a fully electric Polestar 2 — see the fleet page for details and real photos. For anything the standard fleet cannot cover, we will tell you at booking rather than at the kerb.
Booking
Call during phone hours with your details and we will confirm what is suitable, with a fixed price agreed up front.
