Brunel University London sits on Kingston Lane in Uxbridge, a compact campus about five minutes from the town centre. We cover it regularly, and these are the journeys that come up most.
Arrivals from Heathrow
Brunel draws a large international student population, and Heathrow is close by. Arriving after a long flight with a term's worth of luggage is the classic case for a pre-booked pickup — particularly during September arrivals week, when the campus is busy and every journey has to be pre-booked in advance.
Term start and end
The start and end of term are the busiest periods by far. If you are moving in or out, book as early as you can, and be realistic about how much luggage you have — it affects which vehicle we send.
Conferences and visiting staff
Brunel hosts conferences and events through the year. For visiting academics and speakers, a fixed-price transfer from the airport or a London terminal removes one thing to think about.
Getting to the campus
Uxbridge Underground station is the nearest station, a short journey from the campus. If you are arriving by Underground with luggage, a short local pickup from the station is often easier than the walk.
See our Uxbridge page for local coverage, or the Heathrow transfers page for airport journeys.
