Heathrow to Cardiff Minicab

A pre-booked minicab from Heathrow Airport to Cardiff covers roughly 150 miles, almost entirely on the M4 across the Severn. For passengers whose flights go via Heathrow rather than Cardiff Airport, or who are travelling with luggage that makes the rail journey impractical, a fixed-fare private transfer is door to door across the bridge.

Our booking line is closed and reopens at 7am tomorrow. Send an enquiry and we'll call you back. Already booked or on a journey? Call and press 2: that line is answered 24 hours.

The journey

Heathrow to Cardiff, door to door

The route follows the M4 west through Reading, Swindon and across the Severn via the Prince of Wales Bridge, leaving at junction 29 for central Cardiff or earlier for the western suburbs. The M4 in South Wales is largely unrestricted, and journey times are more consistent here than on the busy eastern M4 sections.

International visitors flying into Heathrow to attend Welsh sporting events — Six Nations at the Principality Stadium, international cricket, rugby league — make up a significant share of bookings on this route. We can arrange pickups after specific arrival flights and time the journey around kick-off or event start.

We cover the wider Cardiff city region including the Bay, Penarth, the Vale of Glamorgan and Newport, and can continue to Swansea on the same fixed-quote basis with advance booking.

Travelling in the other direction, or starting from Uxbridge, Hillingdon or nearby? We cover Cardiff both ways. Call for a quote.
