The route runs clockwise on the M25 over the Dartford Crossing or around the southern section to the M20, then down through Kent to Dover. Your driver chooses the better side of the M25 for the conditions on the day; the fixed quote is the same either way, and any Dartford Crossing charge is included.
For cruise departures we drop directly at the Dover Cruise Terminal on the Western Docks, timed against your embarkation window rather than a generic arrival time. For ferries we drop at the Eastern Docks check-in, with pickup times that respect the port's check-in cutoffs for foot and vehicle passengers.
Operation Brock and pre-Channel congestion occasionally affect the M20 approach in peak holiday periods — when it is active we route and schedule around it, and tell you honestly if extra time is needed.
